Indeed, we take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products or documents arising after delivery to the customer.
- Damage to the products or documents arising during delivery by the Postal Service, or other carriers.
- Errors or damages caused by a third party. Example: If you request that we order business cards through a printing company and they made some errors - they are solely responsible for their errors. Should there be an error or damage caused by the third party, we indeed will help you make your dissatisfaction known to them and ensure that you receive your refunds or corrections at no cost.
