At the beginning, she self-taught herself Web Design and Virtual Assistant services by borrowing several library books. On top, she educated herself how she can personally and professionally ensure that all of her clients goals thrives with success..

While self-teaching, she decided to advance her skills by taking courses with New Horizon and studied Business Skills, Marketing and eMarketing, Project Management and advanced Web Design and Development.. 

She is an active member of Virtual Assistant Forums where she once moderated.  There she interacts with several professional Virtual Assistants and assits new members start their own business by offering support, encouragement and suggestions.
